The Old Testament reveals God as being supreme, above all other gods. His position of supremacy is repeated in the New Testament. Jesus frequently referred to God as his father and taught that he did the will of the Father. Jesus gave God the glory in all that he did. They were a team of a loving Father and His obedient Son.
